Our fine artisan jewelry is made by the hands of the artist, an Arizona native. As such, with some exceptions, each piece is unique. There are many different types and styles of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, pins and anklets made from fine and sterling silver, gold, semiprecious stones, semiprecious beads, and lab created precious stones. Our jewelry ranges from styles influenced by the artist's upbringing in the Southwest, through classic styles, contemporary styles, the traditional and the trendy.

The artist began creating jewelry in fine metals and semiprecious beads and stones while an art major at Arizona State University. There are those who have suggested that her interest in jewelry is similar to that of a fish, in that she is attracted to shiny objects. The artist on the other hand believes that it is merely her expression of the child in all of us. After all, an attraction to shiny objects is one of the first things a baby displays as it becomes aware of its environment. The artist finds joy in working while surrounded by the beautiful colors of the stones which our planet has provided to us for adornment. She hopes that when you see and wear her jewelry you will experience that same sense of joy and wonder at the beauty of Mother Earth. She hopes that you'll enjoy the smooth and cool textures of the metals, stones and pearls against your skin as much as she does.

Almost all of Knockout Designs’ Artisan Jewelry is signed. Much of the beadwork will have a signature charm with the mark KO, or you will find the KO mark on the back of the piece. Sometimes however, our artist decides to sign her beadwork with a signature bead. This will be a bead that, while it may look like other beads in the piece, although it could be an entirely different looking bead from all the other beads in the piece, it will be a completely different semiprecious stone from all of the other semiprecious stones in the beadwork piece. So, if you receive a piece of KnockOut Designs’ beadwork jewelry, from the KnockOut Design Gallery, and you do not find a signature charm, look for the signature bead. Sadly, there are some pieces, especially some of our earrings, that, because of their design, do not lend themselves to the use of the either a signature charm or a signature bead.

KnockOut Design Gallery presents earrings in different "Moods". This is to assist our gallery patrons in viewing our artisan and art jewelry. Demure are earrings with a short drop, usually no more than an inch to an inch and a half, while sassy has a mid-range drop and diva is obviously referring to those earrings with a long and dramatic drop. So its demure for church or work, sassy for shopping on the weekends and diva if you're going dancing or out on the town. Among other things, KnockOut Design Gallery also offers jewelry which allows you to express your spirituality, politics or mood. However, we do not want to take ourselves too seriously so you will find objects that are whimsical or merely graphic in design.
